To book an appointment, you must choose from the drop-down options the speciality for which you want to select an hour. Then you need to select a date from an electronic calendar showing the days with the doctor's schedule. The next step is to select your preferred free time from the drop-down menu. The following is the name and surname of the user who will use the medical services of SAGBAL Dr. Shterev EOOD: telephone number and personal identification number. Please note that the options listed above are mandatory.

Chat with artificial intelligence chatbots – open a chat channel on the website (green icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen)
To book an appointment with our chatbox, you need to write any introductory phrase, after which the chatbot will respond with options for choosing the speciality for which you want to book an appointment. The chatbot will help you to book the time by asking a series of questions. When choosing GYN, the choice of a doctor you want to book for is followed by a chat list listing free obstetricians. Next is a selection of a date for which she wants to make an appointment, and a chat will show you the days off with the doctor's appointment. The next step is to select a specific time for the chosen day, again with a choice of options written out to date-free. Following is the registration number, three names and a contact telephone number. After entering them, the chat will ask you to confirm the data or whether you want to change any of the set parameters. Upon confirmation, the conversation will end with a final message with the names of the doctor of your choice, date and time of the booked examination. When selecting Heart Rate Recording, the process is identical, with only the physician selection step missing.
