Education
Tanya Milachich has a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology and a Master degree in gene and cell engineering from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Her master's thesis is on preimplantation genetic diagnostic (PGD) and is written in partnership with the Molecular pathology unit of University hospital “Maichin dom” and the Genetic and IVF Institute in Virginia, USA. In 2010 she has achieved the science degree Doctor in Embryology. Her doctor’s thesis is again on the topic of PGD.

Tanya Milachich uses methods for analysis and assessment of sperm cells, as well as all the embryology manipulations (IUI, IVF, ICSI), co-cultivation of embryos, embryo selection, embryo transfer. She also works with detection, cryopreservation, ART with sperm cells PESA, MESA, TESA, TESE, cryopreservation of sperm cells, oocytes, embryos, Laser Assisted Hatching.
